I am 34 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I have noticed a decrease in fetal movement and am experiencing intense pain in my lower back and low pelvis. This is my second pregnancy, and I don't remember these symptoms with my first. I have been admitted twice for preterm labor. I am also having small contractions about 22 minutes apart. Is there a way to tell at home if the baby is engaging or dropping? Should I contact my OB about these symptoms?

I am 20 years old, not using contraceptives, and take medication like Zofran and the pill in the pocket as needed. I am prone to infection and had a similar situation two years ago with no symptoms. I have a rash on my vagina that is itchy and accompanied by extra discharge. I'm unsure if it can be treated over the counter or if I need to see a doctor. I'm 33 years old, not currently sexually active but had unprotected sex a month ago. My last pap test was two years ago with no irregular results. The rash has been present for about 7-10 days, and I've used Monistat 1, which reduced the white discharge but caused a continuous headache. The rash includes a bump that resembles a skin tag, and I've had skin tags before. What could this rash be, and what should I do?

I have cramping like I’m going to start my period. I just recently found out I was pregnant and the line on the test was dark. I haven’t gone to a doctor yet because I'm waiting till Thursday. I think I’m about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. The cramping has been happening since the 8th of this month and is on and off, similar to period cramps. I’m not taking any medications and have no other significant medical history. Is this cramping normal, and should I be concerned about the dark line on the pregnancy test?

I don't know why my period is late. I am using Loloestrine contraceptives and started my last period on November 23. I take Zoloft and L-methylfolate supplements. I accidentally missed a couple of doses of my contraceptive pills and started the L-methylfolate supplement not even a month ago. I took a pregnancy test today and it came back negative. Should I expect my period at all this month?
