I had unprotected sex a day after my period while on birth control, took Plan B two days later, and experienced irregular periods. I stopped taking birth control and started a new pack. My last pregnancy test was negative. Could I still be pregnant, and should I expect my period once I finish the new birth control pack?

I think I have a vaginal cyst. It's extremely painful to walk, sit, and wipe. The pain started about 2-3 days ago and is constant, except for some relief from ibuprofen. The pain is sharp and feels like it's ripping every time I move. My discharge is darker than usual, smells fermented, and is very acidic. I recently had a UTI. What could this be and what should I do?

I have been experiencing recurrent yeast infections since 2018, after my endometrial polyp removal. I also stopped taking birth control in April 2018. I have a history of HPV and chlamydia, which were treated. I have been diagnosed with endometrial polyps, PCOS, and have had surgery. I experience pain in my lower stomach, constant bleeding, itching, burning, and anal bleeding before my periods. I am concerned about the cause of these symptoms and whether they are related to yeast infections, PCOS, endometriosis, or other conditions.

I experience symptoms that resemble perimenopause, such as severe mood dysregulation, chronic insomnia, dry hair and skin, sexual dysfunction, paresthesia, and fatigue. I had sex with my girlfriend and realized the condom broke. My girlfriend took emergency contraception within an hour of the condom breaking. She has an irregular menstrual cycle, factor 5, and is taking spironolactone. Are we at risk of pregnancy, and could her medical conditions or medications affect the effectiveness of the emergency contraception?

I have a large ovarian mass and a very large ovary. Should the ovary be removed along with the mass? The mass is complex and heterogeneous, measuring 12.6 X 10.5 X 13.1 cm, and the ovary measures 14.9 x 12.7 x 13 cm. The ovary was about 3cm in my last ultrasound from 2019. I'm scheduled for surgery in two days to remove both the mass and the ovary, but someone suggested I get a second opinion on needing the ovary removed. Is there any reason I should not have the ovary removed?
