I have been experiencing recurrent BV infections since having my children and have been treating them unsuccessfully with metronidazole and other methods. I still have external itching and mild spotting, and my vaginal pH is 5.0. I have been taking probiotics and using boric acid suppositories. I have a perineal tear from rough intercourse, causing a significant stretch from my vaginal opening to my rectum. The area is swollen, cracked, and painful, especially when walking, sitting, or using the bathroom. I've been given antibiotics and vaginal ovules, but the pain persists. Can the tear be stitched back to its normal size, and what can I do to alleviate the pain and swelling?

I’ve been experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as tingling and sore boobs, headaches, cramps, a sour taste, dark nipples, and colostrum production from both breasts, despite stopping nursing two years ago. My period is due in a couple of days, but a pregnancy test was negative. Is it normal to produce colostrum before a missed period, and are early pregnancy tests reliable?

I am a 29-year-old woman with a history of severe pelvic pain, heavy and painful periods, and a family history of endometriosis and cervical/ovarian cancer. I recently had an ultrasound that showed a golfball-sized cyst on my right ovary, similar to a previous cyst that was surgically removed and found to be a grapefruit-sized tumor. My pelvic pain has been constant for the last four years and has significantly impacted my daily life, including making sex and bowel movements extremely painful. I have the Implanon/Implanext implant and have not had a menstrual cycle since December. What could be causing my ongoing severe pelvic pain, and what steps should I take to address it?

I'm 22 years old and have been on birth control for 8 years. Recently, I experienced a prolonged period with more bleeding than usual and increased cramping, which usually lasts for 2-3 days. I may have missed a birth control pill a couple of weeks ago. Should I be concerned, and is there anything I should do?
