What effect can chlamydia have on a pregnancy test/pregnancy? Can it make the pregnancy undetected? I went in for a pregnancy test which came out negative, meanwhile I came up positive for chlamydia but it's been 2 months and no period. Can it be related?

I can't figure out if I have a yeast infection or BV. It has been almost a month, and the over-the-counter treatments for yeast infections have not been working. I have a lot of discharge that didn't have a smell until a week ago, and now it does, along with some itching. Hello, 11 weeks postpartum. My husband and I tried to get back into things and used some lube as directed. Since then, I have a rash, itchiness, and red/white spots. I’m not sure if it’s an allergic reaction or a yeast infection. The itchiness comes and goes, but at times is constant, and there is pain when I wipe. I have no known allergies and am 11 weeks postpartum from a vaginal delivery. I’ve had a yeast infection years ago and have sensitive skin all over. There are bumps present, red with whiteness on the top, some are tender/itchy. I’m not sure if the whiteness is that they’re filled with something. Additionally, I just noticed a lump in my groin on the left side only, which is tender to touch.
