It’s not itchy and is a fleshy blush color, similar to the rest of my skin. I am 27 years old, take Tylenol and vitamins, and had genital herpes and HPV in 2015, which cleared on their own. I also have some vaginal dryness. What could be the cause of the lump, and when should I be concerned?

I am a 36-year-old female who had unprotected sexual activity with my fiancé on June 8th, took the Ipill on June 9th, and experienced spotting on June 11th. I have been experiencing frequent urination, mild burning sensation at the end of urination, and a bit of itchiness. Is this a side effect of the Ipill or a UTI?
