I have light red spotting after wiping, yet my baby's heartbeat is normal and strong. I am 11 weeks pregnant. The spotting started Tuesday night at 10:30pm and has shown back up recently. I have no abdominal pain, dizziness, or abnormal vaginal discharge. I had intercourse with my husband around 6am Tuesday morning, which I suspect might be the reason for the spotting.
