I had unprotected sex yesterday and took Plan B, but I was ovulating according to my app. My last period started on March 5th and lasted until the 11th. I'm concerned because Plan B might not be effective if I was already ovulating. What are my options for preventing pregnancy?

I have very little bleeding this morning after having sexual intercourse last night. The bleeding has been getting better, now just a little dot when I wipe once, then it's gone. I am not using any medications, I am 23 years old, and I went into preterm labor in November. I also believe I have some low progesterone. I have thick, white, clumpy vaginal discharge, sometimes itchy, and occasionally burns or feels irritated after sex. There is some redness and soreness now. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing brown to light pink discharge and continuous bleeding for the past two months, which started on February 27th, 2022. My periods are usually regular, coming every two weeks, but this time it was three weeks apart.
