I went through menopause 6 years ago and started spotting in the last week. The spotting has been on and off but steady for the last 24 hours. My last period was in September 2018, and I have not had any bleeding until now. I am 60 years old, have high blood pressure, and take medication for it, depression, and thyroid. I had a pap smear 11 months ago. I have no stomach pain, dizziness, or vaginal discharge. How soon do I need to see a doctor, and is there anything I can do in the meantime?
