I got my period after 2 years of inconsistent cycles. This time it's really heavy, and I'm changing my pad/tampon about every 2 hours. Is that normal, and what could be the cause?

I think I have a UTI. I have sudden urges to pee, am peeing more than usual, and my pee hurts a little. I've had these symptoms for a week, which went away for 2-3 days but are back. I've had to relieve myself 7-9 times in the last 24 hours. I'm 23 years old, not on any medications, and this is the first time I'm experiencing this. I had severe abdominal pain before this started. What should I do?

I discontinued using birth control (Nuvaring) on September 1 and got my first period in 10+ years a couple of days later. It was quite heavy, much heavier than I have ever experienced in the past but I expected as much and it did start to taper off over the next few days. I started my second period since going off BC last night and since this morning I have been experiencing excessive bleeding. Extremely heavy. I am soaking through a super tampon in an hour or less and have been consistently since about 9am. How should I manage this heavy bleeding and should I seek immediate medical attention?

I went off birth control after my last period last month. I have been experiencing nausea, a missed period, and took a negative pregnancy test. Could this be due to hormonal imbalance from stopping the pill, or is it possibly a false negative pregnancy test? Additionally, I have symptoms like fluctuating appetite, bloating, fatigue, and constipation, with a history of using antibiotics for BV in June. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate the nausea?
