I have a breast lump that was diagnosed as fatty tissue by a breast surgeon who performed a clinical and high-resolution ultrasound. I'm 29 years old and have been experiencing breast acne and tenderness, which has made me worry about inflammatory breast cancer (IBC). Would the high-resolution ultrasound have shown any tissue abnormalities or lymph node issues? Is it normal to have breast acne and tenderness during my menstrual cycle? Should I trust the surgeon's opinion and the ultrasound results, or should I push for a biopsy or seek a second opinion?

I have been trying to conceive for the past two years. This year, I have had my period twice and experienced chronic stomach pain and thick blood clots. The pain has worsened since March. The pain is ache-like. I am currently using Eccedrine pain killers and am 29 years old. I have a history of a back injury but no other significant medical issues. I have seen several OB/GYNs, had ultrasounds, and blood tests, all of which showed no abnormalities. My periods are regular, except when I travel. What should I do next?

My daughter took the Depo injection for about 5 years after the birth of her second son. She had to switch Gyn doctors and was advised not to receive any more Depo shots. After getting a divorce and remarrying, she had another baby and her husband was getting a vasectomy, so she had one more Depo shot to prevent pregnancy until his vasectomy. She bled for about 4 months after the shot, stopped for 3 weeks, and has now started bleeding again. Some days are really heavy and some are light. She becomes really upset upon arising in the morning and it is really heavy and then slows down during the day unless she is sitting a lot. Is this normal or should she be worried?

I've been having cramping since before ovulation began. I'm 41 years old. The cramping usually lasts a couple of days but has been ongoing for almost a week. My last period was on the 9th, and I'm still having regular periods. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, but we suspect he has a low sperm count. Recently, I experienced pain after intercourse. What could be causing the cramping, and what can I do to alleviate it?
