The inside of my vagina is swollen and it was itching, which I scratched. What can I do to reduce the swelling?

I have redness on both sides of my labia minora, which sometimes itches and has a burning sensation. I also have occasional itching around my anus, which seems to worsen if I don't wipe well. I recently visited my OB/GYN, who prescribed antifungal pills for a suspected yeast infection, but the symptoms persist. There is also a tiny bump on one side of my labia minora. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do to alleviate them?

I am trying to figure out if I am pregnant. I have been having unprotected sex for about 3 months, and recently experienced unusual bleeding after a negative home pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant, and would the position of my uterus affect my HCG levels?

I was diagnosed with atrophic vaginitis by my OB/GYN. My doctor suggested a specific cream, but it's too expensive and not covered by insurance. The pharmacist recommended black cohosh or evening primrose, but I'm unsure if they will help. I'm 78 years old, a widow, and only take Zoloft. I've been dealing with monthly yeast and bladder problems for the past 6 months. What can I do for treatment that is affordable and effective?

My vagina hurts terribly during sex. The pain is stabbing and has been getting worse. I am 20 years old, pregnant at 28 weeks, and taking Diclegis for anti-nausea. There is no vaginal itching, burning, or discharge, and my periods are regular. I do experience occasional lower back pain and slight vaginal dryness. What could be causing this pain and how can it be managed?
