I have a burning sensation inside my vagina when I pee or touch it, but no other symptoms. I had a UTI, which went away with medicine, but now I have the burning and a little swelling. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I am on a combined birth control pill (Estarylla) and I want to be sure it prevents ovulation. I have been feeling some symptoms and I’m not sure if they are from my birth control or possible ovulation. I took a digital ovulation test that suggested high fertility (flashing smiley face). I want to know if my birth control pill is doing its job and if I should be concerned about the ovulation test results since I take the pill regularly at the same time every day.

I had a Mirena IUD inserted on 3/26/10 and am experiencing severe cramps in my back and lower abdomen, along with emotional changes like excessive crying and loss of sexual desire. I've never been pregnant before. Is this normal, and will these symptoms subside?

I have bumps on my vagina that have been present for about 2 months. They are not itchy or a different color from my skin. I have had chlamydia before and sometimes experience vaginal itching. Could these bumps be herpes or caused by sex, and what should I do about them?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and experiencing intense pressure in my lower pelvis, some cramping, and frequent urination. My hCG levels have doubled in two days, and I haven't had an ultrasound yet. Could this be an ectopic pregnancy rupture, or is this normal in pregnancy?

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex but I did not finish inside of her on Saturday January 27th 9am ET. She took a plan b to be safe at noon that same day. After the plan b we again had sex that evening but did not finish inside. Since then we have had sex 2 times but with condoms. My girlfriends last period ended January 24th and she wasn’t set to start ovulating until February 1-6 and I know plan b probably pushed that ovulation back. She is experiencing some spotted bleeding and slight stomach cramps but nothing major. I told her it is normal to experience spotted bleeding 3-4 days after taking a plan b because of how it affects your hormones. I also assured her it is not implementation bleeding because that does not happen until about 10-14 days after sex that got you pregnant. Just want reassurance that she is not pregnant or the chance of her being pregnant is very low and that her bleeding is just due to spotted bleeding from plan b and not implantation.
