What does a slightly dilated 3rd ventricle, along with slightly dilated bilateral ventricles, a dangling choroid, and a visible but small CSP, mean for a 20-week ultrasound of a fetus?

Based on my due date of August 2nd, it shows my ovulation date was November 9th, and my cycle started on November 6. I had 2 potential fathers. I slept with partner one right before my cycle started, and I slept with partner 2, putting me at my due date August 11, which was later changed to August 2. I also had a third partner on November 24. What are the odds of getting pregnant right before or right after my period, and who is likely the father? I had the baby at 37 weeks on July 18.

I've been on my period for over a week and a half and it doesn't seem to be stopping. Should I go to the ER? I just started birth control (Violele) three weeks ago, and my periods are generally regular, lasting three or four days. I was on Depo a few years back and experienced similar issues.

Would an STD test be accurate if you had symptoms of some sort two days after unprotected sex and had an STD test two weeks from the unprotected sex? Additionally, I had watery discharge in December and January, vaginal irritation, and my partner has had itchy testicles for the last 5 days. No burning with sex or peeing or discharge. What could be causing these symptoms and should we be concerned about an STD?

I have a weird looking pink spot that randomly appeared on my vulva. I just noticed it today and it was a little itchy after my shower, but now it's no longer itchy. There's no irritation, burn, swelling, discharge, or foul smell. I do not have any other medical conditions and I do not take any medications. I am 21 years old. What could this spot be and what should I do about it?
