I have a pea-sized white lump next to my vaginal opening. I noticed it about a week ago and it hasn't gotten worse. It's slightly tender and occasionally itchy. The surface is a little irregular and it's greyish-white in color. I'm not using any medications and I'm 22 years old. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?

I had intercourse with two different men around the time I believe I ovulated, and now one is forcing me to do a DNA test on my unborn child. I want to know if there's any other way to determine when I got pregnant without going through that process.
