I have a question about my AMH level. My AMH level is 32.6 ng/ml, which I understand is high. I am 20 years old, my period is regular, and I have no known health problems or medications. I was trying to be an egg donor. What could be causing my high AMH level, and how can I lower it?

I have severe pain around the outside of my vagina and one sore inside. The pain started 3 days ago and is constant, making it impossible to sit down or have sex. The pain is sharp and stabbing. I am currently taking antidepressants, anxiety medications, a muscle relaxer, and Tylenol. I am 20 years old with no other significant medical history. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I received high results for Atopobium vaginae and Megasphaera1, indicating possible bacterial vaginosis. I only have one partner and have not shared sex toys or engaged in oral-genital contact with anyone else. Does this mean my husband is cheating on me?

My wife is 14.5 weeks pregnant and has been on TSH hormone replacement therapy (levothyroxine) before pregnancy, with the dosage increased to 125 micrograms/day when she became pregnant. The ideal TSH range is between 0.5 and 2.5, but her TSH levels have fluctuated, reaching 2.4 (borderline) and then 0.10 (too low). We were concerned about potential harm to the fetus due to these fluctuations. What is your opinion on the impact of these TSH fluctuations on the fetus and the appropriate monitoring frequency?
