I have a rash on the opening of my vagina that started four months ago, which is the second time it has appeared since I started being sexually active. The rash is both itchy and swollen, with associated bumps and blisters. Urination is painful due to the urine touching the blisters and bumps. I have not shaved recently and have a milky white vaginal discharge. What could be causing this and what can I do to treat it?
