I have a single lump by my vagina that hurts really bad. The pain is sharp and stabbing when touched, and it's achey when not touched. What could this be and how can I treat it?

I've been experiencing unusual discharge since last night. It's very clear and thin, but I noticed a few stretchy, thick, jelly-like clumps that appear clearish or light yellow. I'm on Junel Fe birth control, had a LEEP procedure a year ago, and everything was normal at my annual check-up in March. I don't have any pain, itching, or burning. Is this discharge normal, and could it be related to my birth control or a potential infection?

If a female consistently uses the treatment VH Essentials Vaginal Odor Treatment, will it help with trichomoniasis? What if trichomoniasis keeps coming back? What is chronic PID? What is a pocket of pus, where is it, and what is the treatment for PID? Once treatment takes place, can a person still conceive? What are the symptoms of chronic PID?

I am 67 years old and had premature menopause at 38, which led to atrophic vaginitis in my 50s. I had a cone biopsy that showed no cancer or HPV, only atrophic cells, which were treated with HRT. At 64, I got herpes from a younger boyfriend, and now I have HPV 16. I had a negative HPV test last year and an ASC-US pap, which was repeated and came back normal this spring. I had sex with the boyfriend three times after we broke up, and he may have had sex with another person during that time. I don't smoke and never have. I am confused about the sudden appearance of HPV 16 and want to know more about the risks and management for women over 65 who are sexually active.

I took the first abortion pill (Mifepristone) but now I want to save the baby. I haven't experienced any bleeding or pain and have an appointment to take the second pill tomorrow. Will continuing the pregnancy result in the baby being born with any disabilities, and what should I do to ensure the baby's health?

I was due for my period on March 21st, but I've only been spotting brown. I'm not using any contraceptives, and the spotting has been stable. My last period was from February 21 to February 25, and I haven't had spotting in the last two years. I've had very light cramping that comes and goes, but no dizziness or significant vaginal discharge. I'm 23 years old, sexually active, and have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years. I took a pregnancy test this morning, which was negative. Can I still be pregnant, and what other factors could be causing my missed period and spotting?
