I am 26 years old. I had my period last week, and two days after it ended, I had unprotected sex and used Plan B. Six days later, I am having bleeding and some cramps. Is this normal? This bleeding is two weeks earlier than my next period was supposed to be. Is this my period?

I've had my copper IUD in place for about four months now. During the past four months, I got my period for a little less than a week, about four-five days, with some mild-intense cramping. However, I have had my period for almost two weeks now (11 days), with some days lighter bleeding and some days heavier with some mild cramps. Is everything ok? Is the irregularity normal? Could the IUD be out of place, or is this normal?

I haven’t had a cycle in 4 years or so due to the birth control I’ve been on. Well, yesterday, I started my cycle. Is there something wrong? I would say it is on the lighter side, but there is still a flow today. I haven’t made any recent changes to my birth control method or medication. I switched from pills to the Nexplanon in 2021. My cycles were always very regular prior to birth control, every 28 days exactly. Some lower back pain, but I did have that with my cycles prior. Also, some bloating and fatigue.

I haven't had a period in 6 months until recently. I'm on day 6 and I'm bleeding quite heavily with severe cramping. I'm taking ibuprofen around-the-clock and using a heating pad, but the pain is uncontrollable. What can I do to help myself?
