I had an abortion a month ago. When I took a urine pregnancy test, it still shows one vivid line and a very faint line. I still haven't got my period yet. Is it possible that another pregnancy has occurred? Is it safe to have an abortion again?

My mom is 62 years old and had no period since 2008. She started seeing 1 to 2 brown discharges once a month for the past 3 months, which have been light to yellow. She is not using any contraceptives, has no sexual intercourse, and is only taking diabetes medication (Metformin). She had normal pap smear and other tests in February 2020. What could be causing the discharge, and what tests or treatments should she consider?

I started spotting on Saturday and stopped on Tuesday morning, with a light pink flow. I took two pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. My nipples are sore, and I have bouts of nausea. I'm on medication that could cause defects if I'm pregnant, and I can't find anywhere to get a blood test. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the spotting been stable or getting worse? Anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?
