I finished my period a week ago and started bleeding heavily again today with cramping. Should I be worried?

Hello, I am 10 weeks pregnant based on my last period on March 30, 2022. This is my third pregnancy. For a week now, I have been having on and off spotting, light brownish color, but today it has been more of a red blood with what looks like tissue. I also started having cramps over the last hour and feel nausea. What could be the cause of these symptoms?

I think I had a yeast infection a couple of weeks ago and used Monistat, which improved it slightly. After my period, it seemed to go away, but then I noticed mild itching again. Four days after my period, I noticed a bad smell and a cheesy discharge. Could this be vaginitis from the yeast infection? I am 37, married, and not using contraceptives. My last period began 9 days ago.
