I have a very foul vaginal odor. My physician had lab tests done from a swab, and the results indicated no infection. What could be the problem, and should I see a gynecologist?

I've had 7 miscarriages and my last 2 pregnancies were managed with lovenox shots and baby aspirin, but I still miscarried. My OB has done various tests (hormone, chromosome, blood clot, uterus, sugar) which all came back normal. I'm 32 and have no known health problems. I don't know where to turn or what to do next to have a successful pregnancy. What suggestions do you have?

I got pregnant while taking diet pills. How big a risk is it for the baby? I stopped taking the pills at five weeks of pregnancy and was using Slimquick twice a day.

I woke up this morning and saw a large, dark brown blood clot. I've never had this happen before, and I have a submucosal fibroid. The blood clot has been getting worse; initially, they were small and bright red, but now they are large and brown. I've been bleeding for an entire month since June 24, I'm 21 years old, and I've been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness, likely due to anemia. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My nipples have been sore today and that's unusual for me. I now have what looks like little blisters on both nipples. I have never seen anything like this. I'm 48, I don't have periods, I'm not nursing, and I just don't know what to do. Are you using any contraceptives? Have the blisters been stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the blisters or anything else? If so, do you know the dosage? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have a painful abscess on the back of my thigh and frequent urination. Could these symptoms be related?
