I have a yeast infection on my nipples that I believe was transferred via a vibrator. I have been taking an oral canesten single dose pill and applying canesten cream to my nipples twice a day for a week, but my nipples have not improved. Should I take another oral pill?

I just had IVF and 18 eggs removed. I had a 3-day transfer with 2 perfect 8-cell embryos, and I'm noticing slight twinges that feel like mild period pain, but there's no blood or spotting. Is this normal, and could it be implantation? I have PCOS and a thick zona on my eggs, but the embryologist said they didn't need much assisted hatching.

I am 41 years old and 19 weeks pregnant with a persistent rectocele from previous childbirths. I am experiencing increased bladder pressure and low uterine pressure. Could there also be an associated uterine and/or bladder prolapse issue, and should I be concerned about vaginal delivery?

I’m experiencing my third period in one month. My regular cycle was on March 26, 2023, the second cycle was on April 8, 2023, and the current one started on April 23, 2023. I am not using any contraceptives or medications except for recently being prescribed Cyclobenzaprine. I am trying to conceive and am concerned about the irregular periods. What could be causing this and what should I do?
