I’m having heavy bleeding after sex, and I’m on blood thinners. Is it normal? The bleeding has been happening for a few hours and is very heavy with a lot of clots. I’ve been on blood thinners for a few years and have never experienced bleeding like this after sex. There are no other symptoms, and I’m having to change heavy flow pads every 30 minutes or less if I cough or sneeze.

I was treated for BV and a yeast infection in early September. I completed a two-week course of Flagyl for BV and fluconazole for the yeast infection. However, I'm still experiencing spotting and pain with penetration. Is it normal to still be spotting after completing treatment for BV and a yeast infection, or is it possible that the infections didn't go away?
