I have found that my vagina has closed to the extent that my partner cannot penetrate, and it is very painful to attempt. We have used a gel, but that is not sufficient. What can I do to widen my vagina so we can experience normal sexual relations?

I am postpartum and was given oxycodone for pain, which I didn't want due to breastfeeding my 30-week preemie. I am concerned about the safety of oxycodone in my breast milk and how long it takes to clear my system. Additionally, I was prescribed lebadyal (labetalol) 200mg twice a week for 6 weeks and Tylenol 1000mg every 6 hours. Are these medications safe for breastfeeding?

I had the Mirena inserted about 5 months ago and am experiencing heavy, bright red bleeding that seems to follow my menstrual cycle. I was told the bleeding would lighten up, but it hasn't. I've been having to change my pantiliner every 3-4 hours. Should I be concerned about this, and what can I do to address it?
