I have been bleeding for 10 days straight, not just spotting. It has gotten a little dark. I'm 34 years old, my last menstrual period was February 1-5, and it's a little heavy. I had one blood clot yesterday. My previous periods were always regular, and I'm experiencing cramping. I'm already on my 4th pad today. I'm taking bupropion hcl sr 150mg to stop smoking and iron pills. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My RPR titer is 1:1 and my RPR test came back as reactive, but my FTA-ABS test came back as non-reactive. I was told I might have syphilis, but I'm confused because my understanding is that the FTA-ABS test would definitely indicate if I have syphilis or not. What does this mean, and should I still be concerned about having syphilis?

I have taken several home pregnancy tests that gave negative results. A day ago, I had a pregnancy blood test done and was told it was negative. My last period started on September 9th. I do not want to be pregnant at this time. I had some pink/clear spot-like fluid around October 8th-9th, and my breasts have been swollen/sore these last few days. How absolute is a blood test, and what could be going on for me?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a man within the last 24 hours and I am wondering what my risk is for infection, and whether I should go to an emergency center to get PEP. I am 21 years old, use only birth control, and the man is a 21-year-old who told me he is HIV negative and has no symptoms of an STD. We are currently in Germany.

I am 43 years old and my last period was on April 23. I am about 6 days late and I'm worried this is a sign of menopause. Should I go to the doctor and get checked or should I wait? This is the first time I've had this issue.
