I have been concerned about herpes for about a week and have not been sexually active since then. I am experiencing itchiness but no other symptoms. I am not currently using any medications and am 30 years old. What should I know about herpes and what can I do to manage it?

I stopped my combo pill due to side effects on 9/29. On 10/14, I had unprotected sex and took Plan B within 30 minutes. I had an ovulation test two days before which was negative. Since taking Plan B, I've had sore nipples, mild cramps, and nausea for six days. I'm worried that Plan B didn't work. What are the chances of pregnancy, and are these symptoms due to Plan B?

I went to my gynecologist with pressure and achiness in my vaginal area. When I exercise or stand for more than 15 minutes, it gets worse. I noticed a bulge, but my gynecologist didn't see it during the examination. She recommended kegels, which haven't provided relief. How old are you? How long has this been a concern? Are you using any medications? Is there anything else in your medical history the doctor should know?
