I am bleeding and cramping but my period isn’t due for another 2 weeks. I experience cramping for 2-3 days at the start of my period, my last period was October 4-9th, and I am currently using Vraylar, CIMETIDINE, GABAPENTIN, Wellbutrin, cymbalta, klonopin, CLINDAMYCIN PHOS 1% PLEDGET SWAB, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE-TMP DS TABLET. I am 23 years old and had sexual intercourse a few days ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I stopped my combo pill due to side effects on 9/29. On 10/14, I had unprotected sex and took Plan B within 30 minutes. I had an ovulation test two days before which was negative. Since taking Plan B, I've had sore nipples, mild cramps, and nausea for six days. I'm worried that Plan B didn't work. What are the chances of pregnancy, and are these symptoms due to Plan B?

I went to my gynecologist with pressure and achiness in my vaginal area. When I exercise or stand for more than 15 minutes, it gets worse. I noticed a bulge, but my gynecologist didn't see it during the examination. She recommended kegels, which haven't provided relief. How old are you? How long has this been a concern? Are you using any medications? Is there anything else in your medical history the doctor should know?
