I have been dealing with vaginal itch and thin white discharge with a vinegary smell since May. I've taken Flagyl, penicillin, and multiple rounds of Diflucan, and tried Monistat and boric acid suppositories, but nothing has fully cleared it up. My last period lasted a month and I have a birth control implant causing irregular periods. What could be causing this persistent issue and what else can I do to resolve it?
