Since August 14, I have noticed a strong, non-fishy or yeasty smell and pink-brown clear discharge after sex. Today, I also experienced lower abdominal pain during sex. The smell is constant and strong. How long have you dealt with the discharge? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I've been experiencing severe cramps on the lower right side of my abdomen for over 5 days, which won't go away. I'm on birth control (Larrisa) and it's not supposed to be my period for another week. I've tried Advil for pain relief but it hasn't helped. I'm 19 years old, with no known medical problems, and I've been on the pill for about 2 1/2 months. Is spotting and bleeding normal after removal of a polyp? I am 62 with 10 years of menopause. No problems during that time. I started noticing a small amount of pink on toilet paper about seven days ago. I went to the doctor this morning for a complete exam and she noticed a polyp which she removed. She suspects this to be the source of the blood. She also did a pap test. She told me that she doesn't suspect cancer of the uterus but she told me I had to go back another day for an ultrasound and a hysteroscopy. Is this standard and should I be worried?
