I have been experiencing breast pain on just my right side for almost 4 months. It started as a small tender spot after my menstrual cycle and grew into a large hard mass. In the past 6 weeks, my breast has become dough-like and the pain has intensified. My nipple has been pulled inward with some burning and itching, and the pain has recently spread to my armpit and shoulder blade area. Should I go to the ER, and what could be causing this pain?

Hello, I think I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). It’s been a concern for almost 10 months. I tried oral antibiotic pills for 2 weeks and doctor-prescribed OTC vaginal creams assuming it’s a yeast infection, but I’m sure it’s not. I’m not currently using any medications. My medical history includes only asthma. What should I do?

I woke up this morning with a very full tampon, and two hours later, I could feel a lot of blood, with my ultra tampon being full plus lots of blood in the toilet. I also have tightening in my back and my body feels sore. The soreness is pretty stable but flares up more at night. I am 41 years old, not using any medications, and have sharp pains that come and go in my abdominal area, usually followed by a small clot. I am 5’4” and weigh 227 pounds, and I haven’t gained weight since having my son two years ago, but I haven’t been able to lose the weight I put on.

I'm not sure if I'm pregnant. I'm taking the pill (Enskyce), my last period began around September 20, and I started taking the pill on October 10. I had intercourse with my boyfriend from October 18 until November 1, and I was an hour late taking my birth control on October 30 due to daylight savings time in England. I skipped the week of pills that usually causes my period to happen, and I'm experiencing nausea and other symptoms. Should I be concerned about pregnancy, and what should I do?

I used Monistat 1 on Wednesday and now I have a clumpy white discharge. Is that normal, and should I switch to a 3-day or 7-day Monistat for better results?
