I am using a progesterone birth control and have had blood work, STD tests, hormonal tests, and a transvaginal ultrasound, which showed small fibroids. I am concerned because my mother died from similar bleeding, and I am now experiencing increased coldness. What could be causing this bleeding, and what further steps should I take?
