I have been experiencing continued pain, itching, and fever, along with vaginal bleeding and pressure in the pelvic area. I have been treated with antibiotics for possible infections but symptoms persist. I also have a large ovarian cyst and am late for my period. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I have a fishy odor discharge. It is grey and thin, with a fishy smell both inside and out. I experienced a little itching that went away, but no swelling, soreness, pain, or burning sensation with urination. I am currently on Diane 35, Aciclovir, and recently took an antibiotic shot. I am 25 years old. What could be the cause of this discharge and what can I do about it?

I finished my period last Sunday and experienced severe pelvic pain (heat, stabbing) on Sunday. I visited my GP and was prescribed a 5-day course of antibiotics and Ponstan for pain. I am currently on day 5 of the medication, but I still feel very sore and sick. Is this 'normal'?

She wants to try another birth control pill, but her pediatrician and adolescent medicine providers won't prescribe anything other than Mili. What is going on and what can be done to help her?
