I have been experiencing continuous bleeding for about 2 months, with occasional breaks, and I have a history of irregular periods. I am 25 years old, not using any contraceptives, and have never had a pap test. What could be causing this prolonged bleeding and what should I do?

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy due to PCOS, lack of progesterone, and fertility medication. I had emergency surgery to remove the baby and save my right tube, which was stitched shut. I'm concerned about the risk of another ectopic in the same tube and whether I should have had it removed. I still have my left tube. Will my scars heal, and what can I do to prevent another ectopic? Should I only do an IUI if the left side is ovulating? How long should I wait before trying IUI again after surgery? Have you seen patients become pregnant after saving the tube in an ectopic pregnancy?

If I started taking my combination birth control pills 5 days ago, am I okay to have unprotected sex?

I had anal sex with my friend while on my period, which typically lasts 7 days and my cycle is 36 days. Is there any risk of pregnancy, even if semen leaked towards the vagina? Additionally, I took a Plan B pill and experienced spotting with clots. Is this common, and should I be concerned about implantation bleeding?

I am on birth control and take it every day. Three weeks ago, I had unprotected intercourse with my partner, but he didn't ejaculate. I took Plan B two days after the intercourse. I am currently on my placebo week and haven't gotten my period. I took two pregnancy tests, both of which came back negative. Should I still be worried or just keep track of things?
