I missed one pill of my birth control (Vestura, containing drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) and started spotting. The spotting has continued for 12 days and has recently gotten heavier, but not enough to soak half a pad in a day. I should be starting my period now, but I'm unsure if this is it. I've also been feeling nauseous every day for the past week and a half. I had a pain on the right side of my lower abdomen two days ago. What could be causing this spotting and nausea?

I used Plan B on Sunday and started spotting by Thursday. I am still lightly spotting and have had some itching and vulva swelling for the last two days. Could it be a yeast infection?

I currently take generic Seasonique birth control and believe I might be having a miscarriage. I experienced cramping, bleeding, and clots, but the cramping has ceased and the bleeding has reduced to a small amount. I do not have any signs of infection. I've used Seasonique for 5 years and am almost finished with my current pill pack. I missed one pill about 8 weeks ago. Should I continue taking the pills until they are finished, and what should I do next?

I'm only a day late on my period, but I'm always right on time. I also haven't had my typical PMS symptoms, have had headaches daily, and have a ton of discharge. I have had random nausea, but nothing too extreme. I have frequent sex but we always use a condom. Is it possible I still could be pregnant? It's hard to explain but I just kind of feel like I am.

I am taking lisinopril (10mg), terbinafine for nail fungus, and recently started trazadone as a sleep aid to eventually wean off Ambien. I also take an over-the-counter diuretic. I experienced dizziness after starting trazadone. Is this medication combination safe?
