I notice a bad onion-like lingering smell in my body fluid when I am aroused. If someone eats me out, I can smell it on their breath. Otherwise, my vagina doesn’t normally smell on its own. I am using Nuvaring for birth control and have white discharge. I think I may have had thrush but no rash. I have been experiencing this for 6+ months and have taken Metronidazole once. I got tested for yeast infection and other STDs like herpes, BV, and trichomoniasis, all of which were negative. What could be causing this smell and what can I do about it?

I took 800mg of Cefixime and 1000mg of Azithromycin, but vomited 4 times about an hour later. Do I need to retake the medications, and what should I do if I can't repeat the dose tomorrow?
