I have been experiencing light vaginal bleeding for a month now. The bleeding has been stable, and I took medication for a yeast infection two weeks ago. I am 27 years old, sexually active, and have been using an implant for contraception for 10 months. My weight is normal, and I have no history of cystic acne or hair loss. I have not had an ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries. After sex, I experience a burning feeling. What could be causing the bleeding, and is the burning sensation related to it?
