I have been experiencing light vaginal bleeding for a month now. The bleeding has been stable, and I took medication for a yeast infection two weeks ago. I am 27 years old, sexually active, and have been using an implant for contraception for 10 months. My weight is normal, and I have no history of cystic acne or hair loss. I have not had an ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries. After sex, I experience a burning feeling. What could be causing the bleeding, and is the burning sensation related to it?

I’m wondering if I’m pregnant. I’m not using any contraceptives, my last period was about a month ago, and I have recurring yeast infections and vaginosis. I haven’t taken a pregnancy test yet because it’s too soon to tell, and I haven’t experienced nausea, vomiting, or lower abdominal pain. My last menstrual period started around May 7th, and I’m usually regular. I started having unprotected sex on June 2nd.

I’ve had gross hematuria on and off since 12/27/21. I've had multiple tests including ultrasound, CT with contrast, cystoscopy, cytology, and urinalysis, all negative. I passed black gravel-like material recently, and I'm wondering if there's any way the CT could have missed kidney stones, especially since the scan was done mid-January and the symptoms and passed material occurred afterward.
