What does an itchy vagina mean, and what can be done to alleviate it? I have had no sexual intercourse lately, and the itchiness started about three months ago but has become more frequent in the past week. The itchiness comes and goes, and I am not using any medications. I have eczema on my arms and use a cream for it. My vaginal discharge is transparent/whitish, and I don't notice any redness, soreness, swelling, or fishy odor. I am 21 years old and have no pain or burning during peeing.

I am a 24-year-old woman with endometriosis. I had a negative pregnancy test and an internal ultrasound that also showed no pregnancy at around 12 weeks. However, I have not had another period since June 19th and have been experiencing waves of nausea.
