I have a tender cut or bump on my genital area. It started today and I haven't had sexual activity in two days. What could this be and what should I do?

I would like to set up a gynecology appointment. I am 20 years old and have been concerned about this since I was 18. I contracted chlamydia in 2021, took the prescribed medications, and tested negative twice. However, I have been experiencing a persistent weird smell from my vagina since then. I have not seen a doctor since my last negative test in 2022. How can I get rid of the smell?

I am 53 years old and in perimenopause. I have been experiencing prolonged periods that last three to four weeks, with occasional spotting and missed periods. I had a vaginal ultrasound and a Pap smear last May, both of which were normal. However, I have been bleeding for 23 days and started taking progesterone (5mg twice a day, but sometimes only once a day) which initially lightened the bleeding but then it resumed. I am scheduled for a biopsy and D&C with ablation in May and June. Can this be my period again, and why isn't the progesterone stopping the bleeding? Is it a bad sign, and should I be concerned about something serious?

I’ve been bleeding since last night after having sex, and I’m very worried. Did he maybe tear something down there? The bleeding has been stable, and I’m wearing pads to catch it all. I’m 19 years old and not using any medications. There’s no pain during sex, but it happened last night and has been bleeding for about 6 hours. I have white vaginal discharge, but no itching, burning, foul odor, redness, soreness, or swelling. It does kind of hurt, and I’m wondering if I just cut something and if it’s normal for it to still be bleeding.
