I noticed a fishy odor after having sex with my boyfriend. I don't have any abnormal discharge or symptoms of a yeast infection. What could be causing this odor and what can I do to address it?

Hello. I recently had a baby on the 27th, and I wasn't really producing breastmilk, so my baby is currently on formula. Now a couple of days later, my breasts are really sore, enlarged, and very hard. Does this mean I may be able to produce milk now? And is there anything I can do to help with the pain of them being swollen like this? Additionally, I started smoking again, which I'm not sure will affect the baby if I try to breastfeed.

I am 19 years old, currently taking escitalopram and lamotrigine for anxiety and depression, and antibiotics for strep throat. I also have a history of suicidal thoughts and frequent illnesses. What could be causing these cramps and what can I do to alleviate them?
