I have been experiencing recurrent UTIs despite trying different antibiotics, including a Rocephin injection, and taking an antacid, D-mannose, and a probiotic. I am still experiencing urinary pain with no infection. The pain comes and goes, is dull and achy, and has been troubling me for several years, especially in the last six months. I am a 53-year-old female who had a hysterectomy about 10 years ago but still has her ovaries. I also feel pressure and sometimes heat at the bottom of my body, which is relieved by laying flat and using an ice pack. I am concerned that my bladder may have shifted or prolapsed due to prolonged sitting.
