I have been experiencing severe burning sensations on the tissue outside my vagina since March 2010. Despite normal test results and a normal biopsy, the burning persists and is more 'on' than 'off'. I have been treated for various conditions such as lack of estrogen, bacterial vaginosis, and yeast infections, but nothing has helped. Could this be a dermatology issue rather than a gynecology issue?

I have severe pelvic pain that comes and goes, described as very sharp. I am 29 years old, not taking any medications, and trying to conceive. The pain is accompanied by lower back pain and has been occurring for about a month. I have had similar pain before, and a urine test showed no infection. An ultrasound revealed a fibroid in the uterus, but it was deemed unlikely to be causing the pain. What could be causing my pelvic pain, and what should I do about it?

I am 11 weeks pregnant and currently have a constant, achey sore throat. I have no other symptoms such as chills, congestion, or fever. I am allergic to Ibuprofen. What over-the-counter medications can I safely take for my sore throat during pregnancy?

I have a small bump near my vagina area. It's hard, hurts when touched, and is reddish. I found it yesterday and it hasn't changed. It's also slightly itchy. I haven't used any medications yet, but I applied a warm compress last night. I'm 30 years old and have no other medical history. What could this be and how can I treat it?

Had intercourse on the first day of my cycle and took Plan B. This was in December. I still haven't had my period, but I took two pregnancy tests and both were negative. Is a delayed period normal after taking Plan B?
