I have been experiencing severe lower abdominal pain for two weeks, along with symptoms of bacterial infection in my lower pelvic area, yeast infection, and possible Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). I am currently taking Ultram for pain, doxycycline, and a vaginal cream, but nothing seems to be working. My doctor suspects a staph infection in my pelvis, but there are no signs of it. What could be causing my pain, and what should I do next?

I think I may have an STI after unprotected sex with my partner on Monday. I am 23 years old and experiencing yellow/whitish vaginal discharge with bleeding and burning on the perineum area right outside the vaginal opening. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and my last pap test was about 2 years ago with no irregularities. Symptoms started Tuesday, I have not had similar symptoms before, and I have not been diagnosed with any STDs previously. This was not a new partner but we hadn't had sexual intercourse for 6 months prior, and I don't know the status of my partner's STDs. I have only had one partner in the past couple of months.

I have been randomly bleeding for a few minutes and a lot from my vagina. It is fresh blood and I'm 2 weeks away from my period and have been taking my pill on time. I have always had really bad periods with painful cramps and heavy flow, even on the pill. What could be causing this bleeding and should I be concerned?

How do you treat vaginal boils? I am 35 years old and experiencing painful, pus-filled sores. I have pictures but cannot upload them due to technical issues. I haven't had a partner in 4 months and have not had any irregular results from past exams.

I have enlarged labia minora causing pain and discomfort during physical activities and sex, along with an irritated spot that occasionally bleeds from chafing. I also experience pain during vaginal penetration, including pelvic exams, but not with tampons. What are my treatment options?
