I have been experiencing varying degrees of internal vaginal redness and itching for about a week. I tried over-the-counter yeast infection treatment and vaginal itch relief wipes, but they don't seem to be helping. The itchiness comes and goes, and the skin is red but otherwise looks the same. I had unprotected sex about a week ago. What else can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I am experiencing burning sensations in the vaginal opening and urethra, which come and go, and are worse in the morning and night. I have tested negative for all STDs, including a recent negative result after being treated for chlamydia two months ago. My urine culture showed many bacteria, but I tested negative for UTI and yeast infection. An ultrasound and pelvic exam showed no cysts, kidney stones, or other abnormalities. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I have not gotten my period for months while on birth control (Drospirenone and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets, 3mg/0.02mg) and have taken over six negative pregnancy tests. I am concerned about this and want to get my period back on track. Additionally, I have never had a pap test, and I cut out dairy and mostly meat in the fall of 2019. Are there any recommendations to help regulate my period and should I consider switching birth control?

I took Plan B two weeks ago and have been experiencing heavy bleeding for a week, shortness of breath, and headaches. How long have you dealt with the bleeding? Have you experienced this in the past? When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?
