I have been experiencing very heavy bleeding during my period, with significant spotting for about 7 days. I had a transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound, which showed no fibroids or polyps, but many cysts on my ovaries resembling PCOS. My hormone levels are normal, and my endometrium thickness was 7mm vaginally and 9mm abdominally on day 10. My doctor is putting me on oral birth control. Should I be concerned about the cysts on my ovaries or the thickness of my endometrium lining, given my normal hormone levels? Will the birth control mask any potential issues, especially since I am obese and have insulin resistance but am not diabetic?

I have irregular periods and my last period was back in February. I just got it again almost two weeks ago and it’s taking forever to end. I am 25 years old, not using any contraceptives, and have dealt with irregular periods before. I have also had a hard time getting pregnant for over two years. I am currently losing weight and taking anxiety control medication. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I was diagnosed with Herpes a month ago based on a prescription and later confirmed with a positive blood test for Herpes 1. I have had an itching and tickling sensation for years, which has worsened recently. I was prescribed Acyclovir, but it hasn't helped. Could I have something else causing these symptoms, such as a bacterial, fungal, or parasitic infection? Additionally, I have noticed new small black moles on my lower stomach. Is there a connection to the itching in the labia area, and should I continue taking Acyclovir?

I have a hard lump inside my vagina near my g-spot that has been present for about 3 years with no symptoms or changes. I'm currently taking Klonopin and Wellbutrin. I'm unsure about my insurance and want to know if it could be a cyst, lymph node, or something more serious like cancer. Additionally, I'm curious about ways to delay or stop my period.

I think I have genital warts. I noticed bumps on my vagina and am itchy. I have not taken any tests but took a thrush tablet. I am currently using Vyvanse, Pristiq, Levlen, and Pantoprazole. I am 24 years old and have not had any other significant medical history. What could these bumps be, and what should I do?
