I'm 23 years old and experiencing lower back and butt pain, stomach cramps, vaginal area cramping, and pain radiating down both legs into the feet. My legs feel like they are burning, and I have a lot of gas but can't let it out. I also have thick, white discharge with a strong vinegar smell. My period is normal, and I've been checked for infections recently, but everything was fine. What could be causing these symptoms?

I am just over 4 weeks pregnant and had a hot bath last night. It did not feel too hot while I was in there (for about 20 mins) but once I got out I realised I was bright red and sweating. I am now really worried this may have harmed the baby. Do you know what the chances of this are? Also, how can I find out? I feel dreadfully worried.
