I have been late for 21 days and took 4 pregnancy tests that all came back negative. I am 21 years old, have regular cycles, and am sexually active but on estrogen-only birth control. I have severe back pain, a missed period, and what I believe to be spotting. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned?

What could be causing this pain, and what can be done to address it?
