I am on my second month of a new birth control and started my period a week early, with heavier bleeding than usual and clots. Is this normal or could it be a miscarriage?

I had protected sex three days ago and noticed bleeding during intercourse, followed by a yellow/green discharge. The discharge has no odor and is the same texture as normal discharge. My last period started on February 2nd and ended on February 8th, and I am due for my next period in seven days. I have painful periods and suspect I may have endometriosis due to pain during sex in certain areas.

I've had two pelvic ultrasounds showing a 1.9cm septated complex cyst on my ovary, inhomogenous myometrium, a bulky uterus, and suspected adenomyosis. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests should I consider?

Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I am 24 years old and my husband is 36. We are planning to start trying for a baby next year and will be traveling to Chiapas, Mexico in February. We are concerned about the Zika virus and want to confirm if it's safe to start trying to conceive 3 months after the trip. Additionally, we are worried about the risk of having an unhealthy baby due to my husband's age.
