I have been on the Depo shot for 5 years and have had very minimal periods. Recently, I got a shot that did not hurt at all and now I'm bleeding heavily for over 7 days with clotting. I am 53 years old, have bleeding fibroids, and am scheduled for ablation next month. Should I be concerned about the lack of pain during the shot, and what should I do about the heavy bleeding?

I have almost constant spotting and often bleeding after sex (but no pain). My pap smear done 3 months ago was normal. The spotting has been stable in terms of how much, but seems to be more often. I'm 43 years old and the only medication I take is Zoloft. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I had a normal vaginal delivery a month ago. I sometimes feel a bit of pain from the stitches. How do I know if my stitches are good now, when can I have sex, plan for my second child, and is there any way to influence the gender of my next child? I have a constant vaginal odor and noticed it left an odor on a chair I sat on. I'm concerned if it's contagious or if it indicates an infection such as BV, a yeast infection, UTI, or STD. I also have clear discharge that sometimes feels like it's leaking. What should I do to address these concerns?
