I have been spotting for 11 days, experiencing stomach and leg cramps, and feeling very fatigued. My period usually comes regularly, but this time it started on September 5th and just stopped on September 15th. I'm 39 years old and have been taking Aleve for back pain. I had a tubal ligation 5 years ago and have had no problems since. I took three urine tests, all of which were negative. What could be causing this irregular spotting and what should I do?

I think I have bacterial vaginosis. I've been experiencing this for over 6 months with symptoms such as smelly discharge, which is white and sometimes thin and sometimes thicker. I'm 21 years old and have not been using any medications. What could be the cause, and what can I do to treat it?

During sexual intercourse with a female, I noticed some red blood discharge. I was wearing a condom the entire time, but some blood got on my pubic area and testicles. Do I need to worry about any possible STD or HIV because of the blood?

I just came from my gynecologist and need to have a hysteroscopy, D&C, and biopsy of the cervix. I've already had an ultrasound and an abnormal Pap test post-menopause. The doctor said my chances for cancer are 50/50. Is all this necessary and should he have told me about the 50/50 chance, as it has upset me?
