I have always been irregular with heavy periods. On March 27th, I had unprotected sex, and on March 29th, I got my heavy flow period, which lasted until April 10th. I took a pregnancy test on May 7th and found out I am pregnant. Is it possible I got pregnant during that time?

I removed my NuvaRing mid-cycle on July 13th as my husband and I decided to start trying for a child. I bled a little on July 16th, had sex numerous times around ovulation, and have yet to get another period. I experienced a prefuse watery discharge along with blood on the first day of my period or implantation bleeding (not sure) on May 18th, which lasted for 2 days. My previous period was on April 19th, and I had sex on April 29th. I'm unsure if this was implantation bleeding or my period, and I'm concerned about the watery discharge that came with the blood instead of the usual flow. Additionally, I have all the symptoms of pregnancy, but three urine tests have all been negative. Am I pregnant, and if not, what could be causing the altered bleeding and discharge?
