I have been suffering from severe endometriosis for five years, despite three surgeries and various treatments including birth control and IUDs. The pain is primarily on one side, affecting my right ovary which consistently grows cysts. I am terrified of hormone therapy and want to know if removing the problematic ovary is a good alternative and if it is likely that my doctor would agree to this procedure.

Is it a UTI or yeast infection? How do I know what I have? I am a 35-year-old female with symptoms including bladder pressure, constant burning sensation, constant urge to urinate, slight itchiness, normal-colored urine, no discharge, and abdominal and back pain. This is my third UTI in a year, and I want to know the reason for frequent UTIs.

I had a UTI and yeast infection last year, and since then, I've had on and off burning pain in my vulva, along with occasional cramping similar to period cramps and bowel issues. My last period ended on August 11th, and it comes regularly. I haven't used any medication since September of last year, except for trying amitriptyline recently, which I stopped due to negative effects. I'm 31 years old. Could this be Vulvodynia, and should I be concerned about cancer? Also, is it normal to have leg cramps and period-like cramps with Vulvodynia?

I have been experiencing extremely painful cramps and heavy bleeding for almost 20 days, which has been ongoing for three or four months. I was on Depo Provera for seven years and stopped taking it last December. Since then, my menstrual cycles have become very long and heavy. Along with the cramps and heavy bleeding, I also experience severe nausea, headaches, migraines, dizziness, and have almost fainted a few times. I have difficulty keeping food down and sometimes vomit. I am 18 years old and started my period at nine years old. Before using Depo Provera, I had painful cramps and heavy bleeding, but it was never this severe. I have not been evaluated properly yet and have an OBGYN appointment scheduled for December. I am concerned that waiting could make my condition worse. Should I go to an urgent care facility for immediate evaluation and treatment?

I have been bleeding without pain for a month and the blood looks dirty. I was not having my menstruation for over 4 months and now the blood is not stopping. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, I am 28 years old, and I have no significant medical history or family history of polycystic ovarian syndrome. I previously took birth control pills for three months, which stopped the bleeding, but it has started again after two months of finishing the pills.

I am 4 weeks pregnant and have started having pinkish/brown discharge. Could this be implantation bleeding or a sign of a miscarriage? I had light cramping yesterday but it has stopped.
